Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for considering Colour Block and we are extra careful of provide a quality product.
If in case you are not too happy when received, we are here to help and we are going to assist you right
through out.
So here are everything you need to know regarding Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
Size doesn’t fit too well? Not happy with the color? If you’d like a Return or Exchange
Return standards and conditions!
Exchanges/returns are eligible within 5 days after receiving the package.
Products are eligible for return and exchange only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged,
with all their labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging.
We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
If the desired exchange product is out of stock, Store credit will be issued which can be used at any point
valid up to 12 months.
At this moment we do not bear the cost of returning the item, This will have to be paid by you.
However, If you are not happy with the product, you could always return it for Store credits. Provided
the return standards and conditions are met.
How Do I get my Order Exchanged?
Make sure the Return standards and conditions mentioned above are met.
If the desired exchange item is out of stock, it will be considered as a Return.
(Refer to the Return section for more details)
For exchanges, (Domestic Local)
Kindly write an Email to us on hello@colourblock.lk and we will guide you through.
Item must be courier back to us within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Please do attach a slip with your
1) Order Number,
2) Names of Returning items as per invoice
3) Contact number
4) Reason for Return
This will help us identify your order.
Once your item is received, you will receive a Store Credit coupon for the same value so you can now
simply Shop for any product at the store itself or keep the code with you to shop later (up-to 12 months)
I want to return my Order for Store Credit.
If you are unhappy with your product and want to return it back, (Option only available for domestic
orders)
You could also Courier the package back to us, after writing to hello@colourblock.lk

Upon receiving your item, we will inspect your package and proceed to issue store credits for you
provided that all return conditions are met.
Missing item from your order / Received a damaged item.
In the highly Unlikely event of an item missing from your order or you’ve received an item with a Defect,
we will ensure a seamless hassle-free process to get your order right.

with the order number and the missing item.
Kindly do allow us 10-14 working days to arrange this for you.
We will ensure all issues are handled from our end to ensure you guys have a hassle-free shopping
experience.
